We store only what's needed to complete an activation: the code you submit and the resulting status. Session exports are forwarded once to our upstream activation provider and are not retained on our side beyond the request.

We don't log session tokens after submission, we don't store passwords, and we don't sell data to third parties.
For issues with a specific code, contact the seller where you purchased it — they can look up the order and resolve it fastest. activatewave only processes what you submit; the seller handles purchase records and refunds.
